New food service products from McCain, King’s Hawaiian, Stonefire & McCormick
This week we’ve added 12 new items to our inventory including sriracha seasoning, savory butter rolls, creamy peanut butter and more…
First a locally grown product from Greenwood Orchards in Tuner, Maine. A new variety of apple, a combination of a golden delicious apple and a macintosh apple. With the snap of a golden delicious, but the classic taste of a macintosh, great addition to any produce selection. From McCain a lightly brined, homestyle skin-on 3/16″ XL julienne fries that deliver exceptional potato flavor. Ideal for fryer or oven applications. Next from Pactiv, a Foam School Lunch Tray – 5 compartment, made from polystyrene foam. Looking to kick up heat in your dishes? Try McCormick’s Sriracha Seasoning, an iconic blend of red chili peppers, garlic and vinegar adds spicy hot, tangy flavor to everything from chicken wings to noodle bowls. Also makes a great dry seasoning as a rub on steak, chicken and ribs. From Stonefire, a naan made with traditional ingredients like buttermilk and ghee for an authentic taste and texture – but now bite size! Two new products from King’s Hawaiian, first a Savory Butter Roll, your finished product will have a sweet buttery taste. And their classic Sweet Dinner Roll, a sweet aroma will fill the room when product is served. From Highland Market, we have a new Creamy Peanut Butter, available 5lb containers, great for and foodservice operation. Our last three products are from Chef Pierre, first a Jalapeno Cornbread – a sweetened, moist and tender cornbread with red and green jalapenos for the perfect hit of spice, pre-cut to eliminate labor and waste. Next a Pumpkin Spice Latte Pie, the classic creamy pumpkin spice goodness with a hint of coffee in every bite. Lastly a Classic Iced Brownie, nut-free and the perfect base for creating a wide variety of signature dessert options.
