|Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries® Concertinas®||8 oz|
|Rib tips, warm and pulled or diced||4 oz|
|BBQ sauce||4 oz|
|Fresh corn, grilled and kernels cut from cob||2 oz|
|Red onion, small dice||1 oz|
|Apple cider vinegar||1/2 oz|
|Olive Oil||1/2 oz|
|Salt & pepper||to taste|
- Prepare the Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries® Concertinas® to manufacturer directions.
- Mix the rib tips and the BBQ sauce and top the fries.
- Mix the corn, red onion, vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl and top with fries. Top with parsley and serve immediately.
- Season to taste, drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
