| Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries® Concertinas® | 8 oz |
| Rib tips, warm and pulled or diced | 4 oz |
| BBQ sauce | 4 oz |
| Fresh corn, grilled and kernels cut from cob | 2 oz |
| Red onion, small dice | 1 oz |
| Apple cider vinegar | 1/2 oz |
| Olive Oil | 1/2 oz |
| Salt & pepper | to taste |
| Ranch | 3 oz |
Directions:
- Prepare the Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries® Concertinas® to manufacturer directions.
- Mix the rib tips and the BBQ sauce and top the fries.
- Mix the corn, red onion, vinegar and olive oil in a small bowl and top with fries. Top with parsley and serve immediately.
- Season to taste, drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
Yield: 1 Portion
