Poutine Potato Cups

This food service-friendly recipe captures the wicked-crave-able flavors of a French-Canadian classic!

That of course, is the cheese curd covered and gravy smothered 🤤 French fry dish known as poutine. This poutine dish however is prepared uniquely, in a fried potato cup.


  • 4 ea. Potato Cups Item
  • 4oz Cheese Curds
  • ½ cup Gravy of choice
  • 2 ea. Scallions Item #26153
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Fry potato cups @ 350 for 5 minutes, or until golden brown, transfer to an oven-safe pan
  2. Season inside of cups with a generous amount of salt & pepper
  3. Fill cups with cheese curds and bake at 375 for 3-5 minutes, just long enough to melt cheese curds
  4. Transfer potato cheese cups to a serving plate, fill cups with gravy, and garnish with scallions
  5. Season with finished salt
  6. Garnish with basil oil optional
