First from Inline Plastics, we have two new items. A Clear Tamper Resistant 12oz Cup with a clamshell lid and round bottom. Good for quick grab-n-go items such as cookies, donuts, produce, cakes, etc. Along with a Clear 2oz Insert, for adding granola, smaller produce, nuts or whatever you please! Next from Pillsbury a Whole Wheat French Bread loaf, comes hinged to elevate your sandwich offerings with two easy prep options: heat and serve or thaw and serve. Ideal for hot sandwiches or hoagies. Crediting in USDA child nutrition programs: 1 serving equals 2 ounce equivalent grain, whole grain-rich criteria and smart snacks eligible. Continuing with K12 compliant food, we’ve brought in a new line – Rich Chick’s Chicken. Striving to balance flavor and nutrition, we’ve brought in 6 new items, all whole grain, fully-cooked for your convenience, and every item is eligible for NOI: Chicken Poppers, Chicken Nugget, Spicy Chicken Patty, Popcorn Chicken, Chicken Slider Patty and a Whole Muscle Chicken Patty. A Sweet Burger Roll, with a unique soft, fluffy texture with just a touch of sweetness. And a Sweet Hot Dog Roll, perfect for gourmet sausages, lobster rolls and your favorite hot dogs. From Savor Imports we’ve brought in Arborio Rice, perfect for all classic risotto dishes and rice salads. Next a Homestyle Seasoned Crouton from Highland Market, made from fresh baked bread and toasted to a golden brown with a special blend of seasonings that add interest and flavor. Lastly from Hunts, their new Best Ever Ketchup. Now thicker and and richer than their original ketchup, Non-GMO and no high fructose corn-syrup!
