Cheez-It Crusted Pollock Fillets
Pollock fillets, dipped in crushed Whole Grain Cheez-Its and grated Parmesan. A fun dish that packs in bold cheese flavor and is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.

- 17 whole eggs
- 4 1/4 cups 2% milk
- 100 4oz pollock fillet portions
- 6 1/4 crushed, whole grain cheez-it crackers
- 7 tablespoons grated parmesan
DIRECTIONS

- Preheat oven to 350ËšF
- Combine eggs and milk
- Place fish in egg and milk mixture
- Dredge fish into crushed whole grain cheez-it crackers
- Sprinkle fish with parmesan
- Place on parchment lined pan and into oven
- Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145ËšF for 15 seconds
