I love dining out, from my favorite hometown restaurants to lunch a local stores, my travels throughout New England provide an opportunity to discover new places and visit as many Dennis customers that I can.
Expertise
I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for more than a decade. During that time I’ve been a sponge, and paid attention to the challenges foodservice businesses face; those insights now help me better service our customers.

I love seeing how everyone does something different with our products. What is everyone creating this season? What makes one operation’s culture different from another? What local products are diners gravitating towards?
Excitement
I am always excited to taste and learn, whether it’s grilling up a new Angus beef grind, creating sizzling steak content, or brainstorming mocktails with our latest beverage line–I love thinking about how an ingredient could uniquely fit a customer.
