New food service products from Orchard Splash & Caribou Potatoes
This week we’ve added 2 new items to our inventory including apple juice and caribou russet potatoes…
First, a new juice option, we now carry Orchard Splash 100% Apple Juice in aseptic shelf-stable boxes. Next, we’ve added an exciting new produce item, Caribou Russet potatoes. This spectacular spud was developed through a partnership between the University of Maine and the Maine Potato Board. The Caribou Russet is a dual-purpose purpose, delivering classic russet flavors while working well in both mashed and fried offerings. The Caribou russet is also hearty, producing high yields with greater blight resistance and mid-season maturity.
