Carbonara Steak Pizza

Tender sliced steak and bacon on a hand-tossed artisan crust with a rich, creamy asiago alfredo sauce.

Rough Chopped Bacon | 2 oz |
Steak-EZE Redi Steak, Cooked | 4 oz |
12″ Artisan Crust | 1 ea |
Asiago Alfredo Sauce | 5 oz |
Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded | 8 oz |
Parsley, Fresh Chopped | 2 Tbsp |
Directions:
- Place crust on an oiled pizza or wire screen. Spread out the Asiago Alfredo sauce, then evenly distribute the cheese. Top with rough chopped bacon bits and cooked & chopped steak.
- Bake in a preheated 500°F impinger oven for 5 minutes.
- Garnish out of the oven with fresh chopped parsley.
Yield: 1 pizza
