New food service items from Maine Man Flavahs & National

This week we’ve added wild blueberry habanero hot sauce and beef loin ball tips.

For a little taste of Maine, we added the Wild Blueberry Habanero Hot Sauce from Maine Man Flavahs – now offered in big 64 oz containers. This hot sauce combines the spicy flavor of habanero peppers with the sweet classic taste of fresh Maine blueberries for a wonderfully unique hot sauce that you now never have to run out of. The last item we added this week was fresh National® Beef Loin Ball Tips from National Beef. A lean cut from the bottom sirloin, this upper choice cut is great for flavoring and being carved into thin slices.
