New food service products from Maine Sea Salt, Flower’s Bakery, Lamb Weston & Morse’s
This week we’ve added 8 new items to inventory including spice sea salt, smoked maple salt, english muffins and more…
First from Maine Sea Salt, a Course Sea Salt, solar evaporated and hand harvested on the coast of Maine in green houses. No heavy machinery, not dried in an oven or kiln and no additives, whitening agents or drying chemicals. Also the Maple Smoked Salt, so fresh you can almost taste the syrup! Next from Old Tyme, a fresh boneless Steak Ham, made from whole muscle and is hardwood smoked. From Big Daddy’s their Whole Grain Bold Cheese Pizza, this product is K12 compliant and provides 2 oz meat/meat alternative, 3 oz grains and 1/8 cup red/orange vegetables. Next from Flowers Bakery, an English Muffin, pre-sliced for back of house ease. Next a Regular Cut French Fry, with an even-batter coating delivery crispiness while extending hold time. Last from Morse’s, a smaller packaged portion of the new Sauerkraut we brought in last week!
