Try elevating your breakfast menu with cinnamon roll pancakes. This recipe is very simple to incorporate, yet looks beautiful enough when finished to allow for higher profit margins. This would be great as a restaurant special or to add to your regular menu.

Ingredients (Yield: 4 Pancakes)
Pancake batter about 16 oz.
Cinnamon Dessert Sauce To taste
Butter For griddle


Powdered Sugar 8 oz.
Milk 1-2 oz.


    1. Mix pancake batter according to directions.
    2. Once griddle is hot, place a small amount of butter and about 4 ounces of pancake batter.
    3. While pancake is cooking, drizzle your Cinnamon Dessert Sauce onto raw side of the pancake in a spiral motion to resemble a cinnamon roll.
    4. Carefully flip pancake and cook through.
    5. For the glaze, combine the powdered sugar & milk; set aside.
    6. Plate pancake on the side where Cinnamon Dessert Sauce is visible and drizzle with cinnamon roll glaze.
