Dennis Food Service Welcomes Chef Trevor Lizotte as New Corporate Chef

Hampden, Maine – Dennis Food Service is thrilled to announce the appointment of Chef Trevor Lizotte as its new Corporate Chef, starting August 5, 2024. This key addition to the team reflects Dennis Food Service’s ongoing dedication to culinary excellence and superior customer support.

Chef Trevor Lizotte joins Dennis Food Service with over two decades of professional culinary experience. He earned his Culinary Arts Degree from Southern Maine Community College and has since excelled in various prestigious roles across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. A significant milestone in his career came in 2007 when he advanced from Line Cook to Sous Chef at an establishment in Haverhill, Massachusetts. In 2012, Chef Trevor returned to Maine to help open a successful restaurant in Bangor, where he worked as head chef for over a decade.

Chef Trevor’s impressive portfolio includes creating over 400 recipes and expertise in menu planning, labor saving, inventory management, scheduling, training, and sanitation. His ability to plan large-scale events further highlights his versatility and leadership in the kitchen.

Working from Dennis Food Service’s test kitchen, Chef Trevor will spearhead culinary innovation by developing recipe concepts and highlighting trends, flavors, and labor-saving ingredients. He will also consult directly with customers – collaborating closely with product managers and our tri-state sales team to further enhance support for New England’s food service establishments.

This strategic hire underscores Dennis Food Services’ commitment to fostering a vibrant food culture and maintaining its status as a leader in the New England food service industry.
