New food service items from Pearl Milling Company & Empress

This week we’ve added yellow cornmeal and plastic portion cups.

From Pearl Milling Company, we added yellow cornmeal to add some comfort to your lunch & dinner menus. It is made with enriched and degerminated yellow cornmeal, and can be used as a base for some delicious cornbread.  We also added 2 oz black portion cups from Empress. These are great for takeout condiments & sauces, keeping them separate from the rest of the dish and allowing preference for how much sauce each customer uses.
