Shareable Cheese-Fry Loaf Appetizer

Pull, tear, and share on this epic (and easily customized) French Fry “Loaf”!

Upgrade your shareable appetizer menu with an eye-popping Cheese-Fry Loaf! This innovative, highly shareable dish stands out in a crowded dining room and provides an Instagram-worthy experience that will get customers spreading the word. We used McCain Spiral Cut Fries, which tangle together and hold an impressive amount of cheese, making them ideal for a pull-apart shareable–but you can use any brand or style of fry you like!

We’ve paired these with a 50/50 mozzarella and cheddar blend that melts to gooey perfection, creating those cheese-pulls your patrons will love to photograph. This could also be accomplished with layers or sliced provolone, the cheese is up to you too. We like this concept because it gives your kitchen a novel foundation for creating a shareable appetizer while also allowing them to repurpose existing ingredients. And for the finishing touch… we stock a huge selection of complimentary sauces for dipping, but you can also whip up your own “Signature” sauce following the directions below.

This low-prep, high-impact shareable is a crowd-pleaser that offers excellent profit margins, cross-selling opportunities with your beverage menu, and utilization of existing inventory in a new way. It’s designed to encourage social dining experiences, making it perfect for groups and fostering a lively atmosphere in your restaurant.
