This week we’ve added hickory smoked bacon and imported dijon mustard.

From Wright^® Brand, we’ve added naturally hickory smoked, extra, extra thick bacon. Hand-trimmed and fresh, never-frozen pork bellies provide consistent quality, texture, and appearance without added labor.  This bacon has a hold time of up to 4 hours, which allows you to prep ahead, and gas-flushed inner bags provide optimal refrigerator shelf life and allow for immediate use.  Sliced per inch provides the same precise thickness with every slice for consistent cooking, performance, and patron satisfaction. Crisp to your liking and combine with Fresh lettuce & tomatoes on your choice of bread for a delicious menu-enhancing BLT that will work any time of the day.

We’ve also added imported dijon mustard. This traditional Dijon is a bold addition to sandwiches, house-made dressings, sauces, and vinaigrettes, this imported dijon mustard comes in 9.5lb jars and comes 4 to a case.
