New Food Service Items from Fontanini, Surflex, Pride O’ Thai, and more!

This week we added Cup & Char Sliced Sausages, Sriracha Sauce, Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate, Anchovy Fillets, Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread, Pineapple Juice, and multiple Laundry Cleaning Products!

From Fontanini®, we’ve added Cup & Char Sausage, a first-of-its-kind product in the pizza topping industry. Featuring Italian flavors and uniquely crispy, caramelized edges, this product promises to add a distinctive touch to any pizza pie. Each case comes frozen in three separate 5 lb bags.  Fontanini® Cup & Char Sausage pairs well with their Cup & Char Pepperoni slices.

From Pride O’ Thai, we’ve added Sriracha Sauce. Add a kick of spice to your favorite menu items with this Pride O’ Thai sriracha sauce. Made from sun-ripened jalapeño peppers that are ground into a smooth paste for bold flavor and the perfect consistency.  Pride O’ Thai Sriracha Sauce’s thick consistency makes it perfect for drizzling over entrees, using as a spicy dip for meats and fried appetizers, or incorporating into stir-fries, noodle dishes, and a whole host of other popular entrees. Packaged in a convenient 17 oz squeeze bottle with a twist nozzle, this ready-to-use sriracha sauce is easy to reach for while you’re prepping food or offer it as a condiment to your customers so they can season their food to their liking.

From Master’s Touch, we’ve added Roasted Garlic Concentrate. This ready-to-eat concentrate adds a beautiful garlic flavor and aroma to your signature sauces, soups, dressings, spreads, entrees, sides, and more. Simply add concentrate to taste in your signature recipes. This vegan and gluten-free product comes in a case of six, 1 lb jars.

From Savor Imports, we’ve added Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil. This ready-to-eat product is great for use in appetizers, pizzas, salads, or any recipe calling for anchovies. Each case comes with twelve, 13-ounce containers that once opened need to be transferred to another container, kept refrigerated, and covered in oil.

From one of the leading suppliers of quality fruit juice, Ruby Kist, we’ve added 48 oz containers of Pineapple Juice. A versatile choice for restaurants and bars, ideal for creating mixed drinks or as a stand-alone beverage. Made with 100% real fruit juice.

From Old Fashioned Cheese, we’ve added 10 lb tubs of Sharp Cheddar Cheese. These signature cold-pack cheeses are used as a “secret ingredient” for a wide variety of retail, deli, and restaurant menu items. Smooth, creamy, and flavorful spreadable cheese gives you a head start on creating unique offerings in your establishment.

Finally, from Surflex®, we’ve added multiple laundry products. First is a 5-gallon jerrican pail of laundry breaker. Breakers open up fibers in linens to help detergent work better and help condition water. Next is a 5-gallon jerrican of heavy-duty laundry detergent. This detergent is super concentrated and phosphate free. Next is a 5-gallon jerrican of liquid laundry bleach. Next is a 5-gallon jerrican of Finale Plus, a liquid laundry soft/sour. Super concentrated softener neutralizer and iron control agent. And finally is an SR Iron stain remover. A highly effective rust scale and iron stain remover. This product removes iron stains from equipment, and surfaces, and restores the whiteness to iron-stained laundry.
