New Food Service Items from Pepsico, Wicked Maine Pops, LaMonica, and Double Red!
This week we added lemon-lime soda syrup, tangerine creamsicle popsicles, chopped sea clams, and Wagyu beef patties.
Some great new items this week to help you prepare for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. First off, from Pepsico, we’ve added their latest incarnation of generation carbonation. It’s lemon, it’s lime, it’s Starryâ„¢! Starryâ„¢ is a new caffeine-free soda that provides a crisp, clear burst of lemon-lime flavor. Made to speak to Gen Z, this refreshing formula with bite offers up a delicious, caffeine-free escape that comes in a 3 gal bag in a box, ready to add to your fountain drink lineup.
From local Maine company, Wicked Maine Pops, we’ve added their Tangerine Creamsicle popsicle. Wicked Maine Pops aren’t just ordinary popsicles and these Tangerine Creamsicle popsicles will have your guests feel the nostalgia of running after the ice cream truck for a citrusy treat. From LaMonica, we’ve added Chopped Sea Clams. LaMonica Chopped Sea Clams are a great start to an even better meal. They are prepared from fresh, clean, wholesome hand-shucked Atlantic Surf clam meat from the species Spisula solidissima. The meat is randomly cut to 3/4″ size and canned in its own natural juices. These clams are sweet and tender, and great to use in a variety of soups, pastas, and seafood recipes!
And from Double Red Provisions, we’ve added the Waguy Beef Pattie Blend. These 7oz per4mance Patties are made with Wagyu Beef to create the perfect mix of performance operators need in the back of the house and qualities customers crave in the perfect burger.
