New Food Service Items from Columbus, Packer, Keystone Safety, and Crisco

This week we’ve added Sliced Pancetta, Mayonnaise, a Nylon Hair Net, and Shortening.

From Columbus®, we’ve added Sliced Pancetta. This dry-cured pork belly has been beautifully seasoned with salt and spices and then hand-rolled and tied to provide an intense, flavorful bite.  An Italian invention, Pancetta is a versatile ingredient and can be used as a cold cut on a sandwich, on burgers, or to add flavor to soaps, salads, and pastas. Each 3 oz package comes sliced for convenience.

From Packer Label, we’ve added Extra Heavy Duty Mayonnaise. A classic, fresh-tasting mayonnaise made with premium ingredients, specially blended to enhance dishes and deliver quality, performance, and consistency, while adding flavor to every application.

From Keystone Safety, we’ve added an Invisible Hairnet. This lightweight, latex-free, dark brown 22″ hairnet is made from nylon and has a 1/4 inch opening, and is flame resistant.

Finally, from Crisco®, we’ve added Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening. For those cooks and bakers who know how amazing shortening is, but also want a rich, buttery flavor in their food. This shortening has the same butter flavor but with 50% less saturated fat and with zero trans fat per serving, your calorie-conscious customers will appreciate your baked goods and menu offerings made using Crisco. Use Crisco Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening in a variety of dishes, and make sure to keep it stocked in your kitchen for everyday use.
