What to Expect
The School Food Fair is a hands-on, taste-it-all, talk-to-the experts kind of event. It’s designed to give you inspiration and practical tools to bring back to your cafeteria.
- Try Something New: You’ll get to sample a wide range of student-friendly foods; many of which are Smart Snack, NSLP, or CACFP compliant.
- Meet the People Behind the Products: Vendors will be on hand to share tips, cooking suggestions, and time-saving ideas for your operation.
- Connect with Your Peers: This event brings together school food professionals from across the state. It’s a chance to share ideas, ask questions, and learn from one another.
