Sample needed? If you are requesting specific samples for your customer’s site visit, please be sure to submit the sample request form.
Site visits are an opportunity for customers to see our operation and meet some of our team. Hopefully, providing them with a sense of our culture and capability. During the visit Chef Trevor can prepare a sampling of dishes or ingredients. These products are usually requested by the customer or Account Executive, or are recommended by an applicable category team member or Chef Trevor.
Site visits are not “cuttings”. If your customer would like to compare and sample a number of similar products, or a full line of items, please arrange a cutting through the appropriate category manager.
Your participation is crucial to the success of the site visit, both before and during. Before the visit communicate with the customer, Chef Trevor, Matt Cuskelly and any category managers you want involved – make sure everyone is aligned on any special focus for the visit, and on any items to be sampled. During the visit, be the voice of the expert, providing product feedback and ideas that compliment the discussion, suggestions, and inspiration Trevor shares
