Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

This crowd pleasing appetizer is sure to satisfy your spicy and savory craving. Everything is better wrapped in bacon.

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons jalapeno jelly
1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 ounces of Hormel jalapeno bacon Item #10617
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined Item #8885
2 tablespoons olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  • In small bowl, combine jalapeno jelly and soy sauce
  • Cook bacon
  • Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure with wooden picks
  • Brush jelly mixture over shrimp
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until bacon and shrimp are cooked through
