Grilled Bourbon Molasses Chicken Thighs
This dish is grilled perfection, with succulent and tender chicken thigh meat complimented by the rich flavors of Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Bourbon Mollases sauce and a pop of red pepper spice. 6 chicken thighs trimmed
4 fl-oz Kentucky straight bourbon
3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses Sauce (#10857)
4 fl-oz cole slaw
Sprinkle chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
Combine bourbon with chicken thighs for minimum of two hours over night in non-reactive container. Remove chicken from bourbon and grill chicken thighs to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds and place in a mixing bowl. Toss with 3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Bourbon Molasses Sauce until all thighs are coated. Remove to serving plate and garnish with 4 fl-oz cole slaw, and serve!
