PLEASE NOTE:

Site visits are an opportunity for your customers, and potential customers, to see our operation and meet some of our team. Hopefully, providing them with a sense of our culture and capability. During the Test Kitchen portion of the visit Chef Tim prepares a small sampling of dishes. These are comprised of products that Tim plans for based on the establishment’s menu and input from the Account Executive.

Site visits are not “cuttings”. If your customer would like to compare and sample a number of products, or a full line of items, please arrange a cutting through the appropriate category manager.

Your participation is crucial to the success of the site visit, both before and during. Before the visit communicate with the customer, Chef Tim, Travis and any category managers you want involved – make sure everyone is aligned on any special focuses of the visit and the foods to be sampled. During the visit, be the voice of the expert, providing product suggestions and ideas that compliment the food-inspiration Tim shares in the kitchen.
