Hell Boy Flatbread
This heat seeker’s flatbread pizza includes hot Italian sausage and soppressata, and a delicious sweet heat from SBR’s Mango Habanero Sauce. Perfect for lunch or dinner menus, but this spicy pie is especially appealing on a bar menu when paired with a cool IPA.
1 Pre-made flatbread crust
2 oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Sauce (#10913)
2 oz Fresh mozzarella
1/4 Cup shredded mozzarella
2 oz Soppressata
2 oz Crumbled raw hot Italian sausage, removed from casing
2 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan
8 Fresh basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Brush flatbready with Mango Habanero Sauce
- Top with fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, soppressatta and hot Italian sausage
- Bake at 400 F until crisp
- Garnish with freshly grated parmesan and torn basil
