It all started with a biscuit; and then possibility entered the room.

Biscuits are in my opinion (and the opinion of a random individual) one of the quintessential cornerstones of comfort food.

A good biscuit can be transformed to suit many presentations and nontraditional uses. Case in point; as a topping for another comfort food classic… chicken pot pie.
