FRESH CUTS, ORDERED FOR YOUR OPERATION
Chef’s Signature fresh-cut steaks and custom cuts are available as special-order items through Dennis Food Service. These items are not available for customer self-service or ordering through the Dennis Ordering Platform. Your Dennis Account Executive must enter the order for you.
This pre-order process helps coordinate the freshest cuts for your operation. Whenever possible, place orders at least two days before your requested delivery date. Orders entered after a daily cutoff move to the next vendor pre-order and the earliest delivery date moves with it.
DAILY ORDER CUTOFF SCHEDULE
Monday by 12:00 PM (noon) — earliest delivery Wednesday
Tuesday by 12:00 PM (noon) — earliest delivery Thursday
Wednesday by 12:00 PM (noon) — earliest delivery Friday
Thursday by 12:00 PM (noon) — earliest delivery Saturday
Friday by 10:00 AM — earliest delivery Tuesday
FRIDAY’S CUTOFF IS 10:00 AM. Orders entered after that time, including weekend orders, fall into Monday’s noon cutoff for Wednesday delivery at the earliest.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ORDER
• Contact your Dennis Account Executive to place the order; customers cannot enter these items directly.
• Request a delivery date on or after the earliest date listed for the cutoff you meet.
• Missing a cutoff does not cancel the order; it moves the order to the next cutoff and pushes the earliest delivery date out.
• Two or more days of lead time is strongly recommended.
